The story begins with a two-year-old girl, absolutely captivated by The Lion King and never failing to kick start her day with a loud “hayiyaaaaaaan”... cue The Circle of Life. Since childhood, films had been her one true obsession—whether it was marathoning Disney classics on CDs all day, or sneaking out of bed late at night to covertly watch James Bond movies with her dad. Her mom still proudly narrates the story of her first cinema experience- of watching Finding Nemo - where her first words were, “Itna bada TV!?” (Such a biiig TV!?)

That’s the backstory, and it has molded her into who I am today—

Hi, I’m Aditi, a self-proclaimed film enthusiast, an ardent cartoon lover and a loyal Converse-sneakers wearer.

I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Animation and VFX in 2024, and I’m thrilled to embark on my next chapter for MA in Animation. I’m an illustrator, animation filmmaker, and visual designer, currently working on freelance projects. While I’m constantly trying to hone my craft, I also enjoy exploring side projects like pottery and photography, which fuel my creativity and broaden my perspective.

 

My style revolves around narrating stories about ordinary things from fresh, imaginative perspectives— telling stories that celebrate the mundane. Whether it’s imagining the secret life of a mosquito or making up a shoe-universe, I find joy in giving everyday objects a unique narrative through my art.
